Friendly, inclusive classes suitable for beginners and more experienced students of all styles of yoga.
You will enjoy balanced practices that build over a 90 minute class, with a deeper learning focus each month. With plenty of options to deepen or lighten your practice.
Classes include breathwork, relaxation and mindful practices from holistic hatha yoga.
Classes are suitable for all, beginners are always welcome.

Please bring your own mat if you have one, or let me know if you would like to borrow one. A blanket / yoga block is also useful.
All classes continue with Lauren up until 22 February. No classes on 25/26/27 February.
Lauren will then continue to teach Thursday 10am & 12pm Whitchurch classes in March.

Horrabridge Village Hall PL20 7ST Opposite the London Inn on Station road. Parking on the road above / below the hall & surroundings. Please allow time to park & walk. Bus route 1
