What a treat to be back in the beautiful Dartmoor village of Meavy, a characterful village hall and a lovely group who joined to share and enjoy uplifting morning practices on Sunday.
Holistic practices included cleansing kriyas, clearing and energising breathwork (pranayama), qi gong style warmups, hatha yoga including sun salutes and held postures (asana) & deep guided relaxation.
After the practices there is time to reground and reconnect, with time to chat and ask quesitons. With fresh coffee and a big selection of our favourite teas. Here are some of the food we enjoyed, all GF, vegan & delicous.
