At last the pandemic closure is over… Parkrun has now restarted at most locations around the UK. Its such a wonderful event, with runners of all abilities from the super speedy racing snakes, to kids, couch-to-5k walk-joggers and everyone in between. Even well behaved dogs & babies come along for the fun.

Exctiting news, I am now in training to be one of the team of volunteer Run Directors at our beautiful local Park Run at Tamar Trails. The Run Directors co-ordinate the other volunteers & wrangle with the technology to help make this brilliant free event happen every week.

Everyone is welcome so come along to join.. a beautiful 5k run/walk/jog/skip through the woods on the border between Devon & Cornwall.
