Wind down your weekend & nourish yourself for the week ahead

Enjoy mindful practices from holistic Hatha Yoga and Qi Gong. A longer practice session allows time to sink deeper & to explore different practices.

Suitable for all. Beginners and returners to practice are always welcome.

We finish with tasty, nourishing soups, homemade breads, hummus, tea & sweet treats. Time to chat, delve into an informal discussion topic, or to ask questions about your practice.

Optional early departures 7pm, takeaway option offered.

Treat yourself to a deeply rejuvinating ending for your week, time to recharge for the week ahead. Join on your own or with your partner, friends or family.

About the venue:

Yelverton Memorial Hall is a spacious & warm, well loved venue, with views up to Dartmoor. Easy parking at the hall, but please lift-share if possible. Yelverton is also well connected with many busses & cycle routes.

Booking information:

£32. Includes nourishing food & drink, plus expert guidance in a small, friendly group. Yoga equipment provided or you can bring your own.

Full payment is required to book your place. Places are transferrable but not refundable. A full refund or transfer if dates are cancelled for any reason.

Made with love in our tiny Yelverton kitchen. Food to share, to enjoy & to complement your practice.

All food & drink is vegan in the yogic spirit of ahimsa (non harming). Also seasonal, local & organic wherever possible. All dietary requirements are catered for, gluten-free, nut-free, etc. Please get in touch to discuss any special requirements before booking your place.
