Holistic practices to deeply relax and to restore your energy.

Including Qi Gong warmups, breathwork, guided meditations and restorative yoga (restful supported postures)

Recommended for busy people, runners, cyclists or other athletes, 2nd trimester of pregnancy or 6+ weeks post natal, anyone recovering from illness & exhaustion, or those with insomnia, anxiety or overwhelm.

We finish with teas, fresh coffee & delicious, nourishing treats. Time to chat & ask questions,

You will also have exclusive access to video classes with favourite practices from the afternoon, so that you can keep practicing at home.

Practices are suitable for all. Beginners and returners to practice always welcome.

About the venue:

Situated on the edge of Dartmoor, Whitchurch hall is a beautiful, light and open space, surrounded by trees and fields. Easy parking on the road (Church Hill) above or below the hall, but please liftshare if possible.

Booking information:

£40. Includes nourishing food & drink, plus expert guidance in a small, friendly group. Yoga Equipment provided or you can bring your own.

Full payment is required to book your place. Places are transferrable but not refundable. A full refund or transfer if dates are cancelled for any reason.

All food & drink is vegan in the yogic spirit of ahimsa (non harming). Also seasonal, local & organic wherever possible. All dietary requirements are catered for, gluten-free, nut-free, etc. Please get in touch to discuss any special requirements before booking your place.
