Learn, practice, enjoy.. mindfulness, breathing practices, mobilising, stretch and strengthen. Experience deep rest to help you recover more quickly before your next adventures.

You will leave with a clear idea of how to incorporate these practices into your active or rest days. You will also have exclusive access to video classes based on the workshop, so that you can keep practicing at home.

The workshop includes time to chat & ask questions, with teas, fresh coffee & delicious, nourishing treats.

Practices are suitable for all. Beginners and returners to practice are always welcome.

About the venue: Situated on the edge of Dartmoor, Whitchurch hall is a beautiful, light and open space, surrounded by trees and fields. Easy parking on the road (Church Hill) above or below the hall, but please liftshare if possible.
