Enjoy a grounding, rejuvenating treat of a day on magical SW Dartmoor.
The day starts early in the beautiful village of Meavy with uplifting practices from holistic yoga and qi gong. Wake up your energy, release and restore on every level.
A small pause for tea and delicious, energising brunch before a mindful walk with local yogi and Dartmoor guide Gillian Healey directly from the hall. Meavy is surrounded by magical places to explore. With a picnic stop for tea/coffee & some of our nourishing sweet treats - outdoors practice if the weather allows.
About your walk guide:
Gillian has a passion for getting people outside into nature to improve their connection with the world and nurture well-being. Most days, you'll find her on the moors or the coast path, practing yoga outdoors or jumping in some cold water. She's also a qualified Hill and Moorland Guide and continues to gain knowledge about the history, ecology and archaeology of Dartmoor, so you will be in good hands.
Suitable for all levels of yoga experience. Please ask if you would like guidance on accessiblity of the walking conditions.
Please dress for Dartmoor weather (more information provided on booking). Food and drink provided all day, but please bring your own water bottle and flask for tea / coffee on the walk.
About the venue:
Meavy is a small village nestled in a beautiful corner of Dartmoor The Parish hall is a characterful, much-loved venue. Easy parking is provided at the hall, but please lift-share if possible.

£55. Includes nourishing food & drink, plus expert guidance in a small, friendly group. Yoga Equipment provided or you can bring your own.
